Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Secretary to a Private Proprietor. The role involves managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports and documents. The individual will assist in maintaining clear communication channels, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring that the proprietor's professional obligations are met efficiently and effectively. Confidentiality and organizational skills will be paramount in this role.

Qualifications

  • Scheduling, calendar management, and organization skills
  • Written and verbal communication, document drafting, and correspondence handling
  • Administrative coordination, meeting arrangement, and report preparation experience
  • Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
  • Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
