About the Role

We are seeking a creative and discreet Private Fashion Designer to curate and manage the personal wardrobe of our CEO. The ideal candidate will bring refined design skills, luxury tailoring expertise, and a flair for blending timeless elegance with modern trends. This is a confidential, high-trust role for a designer who can craft a distinctive style for a high-profile leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create custom-fitted, exclusive clothing and accessories for business, social, and travel needs.
• Collaborate with the CEO to understand lifestyle, style vision, and personal branding.
• Source premium fabrics and materials; oversee all aspects of production and fittings.
• Maintain an organized, pristine wardrobe, ensuring readiness for all occasions.
• Stay updated on trends, luxury labels, and timeless styles to make informed recommendations.
• Coordinate with skilled tailors and artisans for quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure absolute confidentiality regarding all personal details and preferences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in custom fashion design or styling for HNWIs/executives.
• Strong portfolio in luxury garment construction.
• Deep knowledge of fabrics, tailoring, and fashion trends (Indian & Western).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Flexibility for irregular hours and travel.
• Degree/diploma in Fashion Design preferred.
