Position Overview:

Are you passionate about data, technology and have an interest in private markets?

Join Gain.pro as out first dedicated Limited Partners Associate, where you will play a key role in developing and enhancing our soon-to-be-launched Limited Partners (LP) feature. This feature provides Gain.pro users with unique insights into Limited Partners' private market investment activity including:

• Comprehensive LP profiles, spanning allocations and investment preferences, known fund commitments, fund performance, and asset level exposure.
• Plus many more features on the roadmap that you can play a part in defining, implementing and maintaining.

Key responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Management –

   Oversee and support the acquisition, validation, integration and maintenance of LP data ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness

2. Product Expansion –

   Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Product and Engineering teams, to build, enhance and scale the Limited Partners feature.

3. Process Automation –

   Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows such as recurring updates through automation, improving efficiency and scalability

4. Team Growth –

   As one of the first and most senior members of the dedicated Limited Partners team, drive team expansion as we scale our capabilities.

What do you need to join us:

1. 5 years+ of proven experience working with private markets data, specifically Limited Partners data and experience carrying out and processing data from FOIA requests
2. Proficiency in data integration and validation techniques, with a keen eye for detail
3. Team leadership/management experience
4. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative solutions
5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and regions
