Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Private Bank DSA Executive. The selected individual will actively support customer inquiries and manage banking-related processes. Daily responsibilities include handling financial data, processing credit assessments, managing customer service requests, and fostering clear and professional communication with clients to support their financial needs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Finance and expertise in Credit assessments
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service roles
• Proven ability to analyze financial information accurately
• Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
