As a Priority Escalation Officer in the Grievance Redressal department, your role involves effectively resolving customer grievances and escalations referred to the MD desk to ensure zero comebacks or further escalations. You will be responsible for adhering to TAT for providing resolutions, making quick decisions for complaint redressal, ensuring the quality of resolutions and responses, as well as capturing correct details and raising appropriate tickets in the system. Your secondary responsibilities will include identifying erring units responsible for escalations, conducting RCA, and suggesting process improvements.
