Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager – Printing & Packaging to drive business growth and client acquisition for our printing press products. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the printing and packaging industry, particularly in selling high-quality carton and label solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for Mono Cartons, Window Cartons, Liner Cartons, Litho Laminated Cartons, and UV/Metallic Labels Identify new markets and customer segments, including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and luxury goods Build and maintain relationships with clients, converters, and procurement teams Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery and quality control Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and customer feedback to adapt strategies Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings as the face of the company Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular performance reports Requirements: 3–10 years of sales and marketing experience in the printing and packaging industry Strong understanding of offset printing processes, carton structures, and specialty label finishes (UV, foil, metallic, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Willingness to travel and meet clients as required
