We’re an advertising agency with an in-house print and production unit, handling everything from printing materials to manufacturing gift boxes, packaging, and creative products.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Bengaluru. You will:

• Manage daily production operations across print and manufacturing units
• Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Oversee quality control at every stage of production
• Ensure timely delivery of all projects
• Manage resources, budgeting, and project timelines

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing production operations and quality control
• Strong ability to coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams
• Skills in resource management, budgeting, and project planning
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in advertising, printing, packaging, or manufacturing is a plus
