Job Description

Printing Unit Supervisor!

We’re looking for a skilled Supervisor for our Printing Unit with hands-on experience across various printing processes (offset, digital, screen printing, etc.). The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supervising and maintaining quality control in a printing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee in-house printing operations, ensuring optimal quality and efficiency.
Coordinate with suppliers for external jobs while ensuring alignment with internal quality standards.
Monitor and manage all stages of production to maintain timelines and standards.
Work closely with the team to resolve any technical issues that arise during the printing process.
Ensure all safety and operational standards are adhered to.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of printing materials, techniques, and processes.
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a printing unit.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production process.
Knowledge of quality control processes and workflows.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a printing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
