Print Production Manager

The Print Production Manager supervises day-to-day print execution for clients, ensuring timely project delivery. Your role is crucial in producing 2D elements to maintain high visual standards for the company's brand globally. With 5-7 years of print production experience, you will collaborate effectively, manage multiple projects, and excel under pressure. Your skills in color analysis, pre-press work, image creation, and familiarity with various printing techniques will be key. Your responsibilities include working with Marcom groups, managing project routing, providing expertise in print production, and ensuring schedules and budgets are maintained. You will collaborate with vendors for R&D on print techniques, disseminate information to internal teams, and coordinate graphics creation. Additionally, you will oversee the retouching review process, ensure quality control, and deliver files to cross-functional partners. During peak periods, evening/weekend work may be required, and travel domestically at short notice may be necessary. Your role will involve working on pre-press operations, event graphics, collateral projects, retail displays, and facilitating art direction for creative teams. Your ability to negotiate with suppliers, manage timelines, and provide necessary guidance will be key to success in this role.
