About The Role

As a Principal Tech Lead_iOT Driven Digital Solutions, you’ll be the driving force behind the design,architecture, and performance optimization of products that process massive data transactions andsensor-driven information in real time.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — from product to design to hardware — to ensure oursystems perform seamlessly with sub-second responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and implement scalable systems handling large volumes of real-time data.
Lead and mentor engineering teams in building IoT-based solutions integrating multiple data

sources and sensors.

Optimize data processing, pipelines, and API responses for sub-second performance and

reliability.

Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to ensure efficient sensor data integration and

communication.

Drive end-to-end technical decisions — from architecture to deployment — ensuring alignment

with business goals.

Establish best practices for coding, reviews, and system scalability.
Stay hands-on in high-impact technical areas, while guiding and mentoring others

Requirements

MUST HAVE

10+ years of experience in software/product engineering.
Proven expertise in building high-performance, data-intensive applications.
Experience with IoT platforms, sensor integration, and data ingestion frameworks.
Deep understanding of real-time data processing and low-latency system design.
Strong experience in system architecture, APIs, and microservices handling large

concurrent transactions.

Hands-on experience in performance tuning, scalability, and fault-tolerant architecture.
Proficient in one or more modern tech stacks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or C++).
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice-to-Have

Exposure to Edge computing or AI-driven IoT solutions.
Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, MQTT, WebSockets).
Prior experience in bootstrapped/startup environments with high ownership roles.
