Principal Systems Architect

Role & responsibilities

This role is for those who think in flows, not just functions. Youll collaborate with product strategists, cognitive scientists, and emotionally intelligent engineers to build systems that feel intuitive, inclusive, and alive. **Position Requirement**

Core Systems & Architecture

• Deep experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi)
• Strong grounding in API design, service orchestration, and system observability

Adaptive Intelligence & AI Integration

• Familiarity with LLMs, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph)
• Experience with telemetry, behavioral data, and context-aware automation
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and grounding strategies

Engineering & DevOps

• Fluency in Python, Go, or TypeScript; experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and secure deployment practices
• Comfort with backend systems, data streaming (Kafka, Pulsar), and real-time processing

Strategic & Collaborative Skills

• Ability to translate abstract product goals into scalable technical architectures
• Experience mentoring cross-functional teams and guiding architectural decisions
• Systems empathy: designing for clarity, inclusivity, and emotional resonance
