Infrastructure Director / Cloud Strategy Lead

Role & responsibilities

This role blends cloud strategy, automation, and systems empathy. Youll oversee the backbone of our platformsfrom secure, scalable networks to ambient data flows that respond to real-world behavior. Youll collaborate across product, design, and behavioral science to ensure our infrastructure feels intuitive, resilient, and emotionally intelligent.

**Position Requirement**

Infrastructure & Cloud Strategy

• Deep experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid deployments
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi) and automation frameworks (Ansible, Chef)
• Strong grounding in network design, virtualization, and secure multi-tenant environments

Human-Centered Systems Design

• Familiarity with behavioral telemetry, adaptive interfaces, and intent-aware infrastructure
• Experience integrating accessibility, localization, and emotional intelligence into system design
• Understanding of ambient computing, edge orchestration, and context-driven service delivery

Security, Reliability & Governance

• Expertise in zero-trust architecture, identity management, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and incident response flows
• Ability to design for graceful degradation, disaster recovery, and psychological safety in failure modes

Leadership & Collaboration

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional infrastructure teams with emotional intelligence
• Experience translating strategic goals into scalable infrastructure roadmaps
• Systems empathy: designing for clarity, trust, and human adaptability
