Role Overview

Test Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement test architecture for complex enterprise applications.
• Develop AI-driven testing strategies for predictive defect detection, anomaly detection, and intelligent test case generation.
• Design and optimize graph-based test data models using Neo4j for dependency mapping and impact analysis.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure end-to-end quality across microservices, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Integrate Neo4j with automation frameworks for advanced test data management and visualization.
• Evaluate and implement ML/AI algorithms for test optimization and risk-based testing.
• Drive continuous improvement in test processes, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills

• Testing & Automation:

  Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST API testing, Performance testing.

• Architecture & Frameworks:

  Scalable test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration.

• AI/ML Expertise:

  Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, NLP, predictive analytics for QA.

• Graph Database (Neo4j):

  Cypher query language, graph modeling, integration with test frameworks.

• Programming:

  Java, Python, or similar.

• Cloud & DevOps:

  AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and QA best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Graph Data Science algorithms for impact analysis.
• Knowledge of Big Data testing and data engineering pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI-driven test automation tools.

Certifications (Nice to Have)

• Neo4j Certified Professional
• AI/ML certifications (AWS, Azure, or Coursera)
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or Test Automation Engineer
