Principal Software Engineer

As a seasoned professional with 10-12 years of experience, you will be expected to provide leadership to a small team of developers. Your role will involve working closely with global teams in a matrix reporting environment, utilizing agile methodologies in software development. Your primary responsibilities will include hands-on development in languages such as C#, Java, Scala, Kotlin, Go, or C++, while adhering to software design principles and patterns. Your ability to adapt to rapidly changing front-office business needs and prioritize tasks efficiently will be crucial. You should possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both IT staff and business clients, ensuring timely delivery under strict deadlines. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication at various levels. Proficiency in Python, T-SQL, and NoSQL Database is required. Experience in trade regulatory reporting with knowledge of Equity and/or derivatives products will be advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is desirable.
