Key Responsibilities:-
Academic Leadership: Oversee academic programs, ensuring they meet accreditation standards, and foster a culture of excellence in teaching, research, and community service.
Administrative:
Manage daily operations, including faculty management, budgeting, and resource allocation, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Faculty Development:
Mentor and support faculty members in their professional growth and development, encouraging research initiatives and securing funding opportunities.
Student Affairs:
Foster a supportive learning environment, ensuring student success and addressing their concerns.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans, enhancing student learning experiences and fostering relationships with external partners.
Qualifications: Masters in Nursing
Experience: At least 15 years of experience in nursing education, including leadership roles.
Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with strong knowledge of accreditation processes and regulatory compliance.
Goals:
Enhance Academic Quality: Promote excellence in teaching, learning, and research.
Student Success: Foster a supportive environment that promotes student achievement.
Faculty Growth: Encourage faculty development and research initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:- Budget Planning: Oversee budget preparation and management.
Discipline and Order: Maintain discipline among students and staff.
