Key Responsibilities

Develop bio-stimulant and microbial products adhering to standards such as ICH, ASTM, ISO, CIPAC.
Lead process development for microbial pesticides, including handling of upstream and downstream process instruments.
Manage microbial pesticide production ensuring quality control of both microbial and biological products.
Operate and oversee fermenter functions at lab and production scales.
Conduct polyhouse, RBD, and field trials; compile and analyze statistical data.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including CIB, FCO, EU, US EPA.
Facilitate technology transfer, product handling, and microbial production (e.g., Mycorrhizae, Trichoderma, Beauvaria, Pseudomonas).
Provide training and mentorship to team members and manage laboratory operations independently.
Exhibit strong teamwork, proactivity, positive outlook, and effective time management.
Maintain proficient communication skills in English and Hindi; proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications & Experience

Ph.D. in Agriculture Microbiology/Microbiology/Plant Pathology or M.Sc. with extensive experience.
Minimum 10+ years of experience for Ph.D. holders or 15+ years for M.Sc. in microbial/biological product development.
