Job Title: Legal Manager Job Purpose: To manage and oversee all legal matters related to the companys operations in the manufacturing and sale of plant nutrients and fertilizers, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and managing risk effectively across labor, regulatory, IPR, commercial, and customer-facing issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Labour & Employment Laws Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws under the Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Payment of Wages Act, etc. Handle employment contracts, contractor labor, standing orders, and trade union negotiations. Address disputes related to workmen compensation, wrongful termination, or misconduct. Represent company in labor court and industrial tribunals as needed. 2. Factory and Manufacturing Compliance Ensure adherence to provisions under the Factories Act, 1948 , Environmental Protection Act , and Pollution Control Board regulations. Handle licensing, audits, and inspections from government departments (Factory Inspectorate, Environmental Boards, Explosives Department, etc.). Manage legal issues related to storage, transport, and handling of hazardous chemicals. 3. Bad Debts & Recovery Manage litigation related to outstanding dues, including issuance of legal notices, arbitration, and civil recovery proceedings. Coordinate with external legal counsel for debt recovery and insolvency proceedings under IBC. Review customer contracts to ensure strong enforceability of payment terms and legal recourse. 4. Customer Complaints & Product Liability Investigate legal aspects of customer complaints related to product quality, labeling, and efficacy. Ensure compliance with Insecticides Act , Fertilizer Control Order , and other applicable statutes. Coordinate with quality and marketing teams to manage potential claims and litigation from distributors, farmers, or end-users. Draft customer complaint handling SOPs from a legal perspective to minimize litigation risks. 5. Interface with Agriculture Department Liaison with State Agriculture Departments and local regulatory officers regarding: Licensing and product registration under Fertilizer Control Order (FCO) / Central Insecticides Board(CIB) Fertilizer sampling and testing disputes 6. Contracts & Commercial Legal Draft, vet, and negotiate contracts related to procurement, sales, distribution, service providers, logistics, etc. Ensure protection of companys interests in distributor agreements, channel financing, warehousing, and transport arrangements. Handle agency/distributorship disputes legally and strategically. 7. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Ensure trademark and patent protection for proprietary formulations and brand names. Coordinate with IP attorneys for filing, opposition, and litigation related to IPR infringement. Educate business teams on trademark usage and prevent brand dilution or passing off. 8. Litigation Management Maintain legal MIS and documentation for all cases. Liaison with external lawyers for efficient handling of ongoing litigation across civil, criminal, and regulatory matters. Represent company in police matters, consumer forums, and quasi-judicial bodies. 9. Regulatory & Compliance Advisory Advise management on evolving agricultural, chemical, and fertilizer regulatory changes. Handle legal aspects of import/export regulations, including DGFT and customs. Monitor legal risks in new product launches or market expansion plans. Qualifications, Key Skills & Competencies Bachelors in Laws (Preferred - Male). Minimum 3– 5years of experience in legal roles, preferably in manufacturing or agrochemical sectors. Strong understanding of labor law, environmental law, IPR, and commercial litigation. Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills Good understanding of industrial and factory law compliance Ability to coordinate with cross functional teams (HR, QC, Marketing, Finance) drafting and negotiation skills. Proactive risk management mindset and business orientation. Willingness to travel Pan India as per need

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Techno-Commercial Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our factory operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple SKUs and ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operations. Key Responsibilities: Packing & Repacking Oversee safe and efficient packing/repacking of finished fertilizers. Ensure accuracy in labelling, batch numbering, and packaging integrity. Internal Shifting Manage internal movement of raw materials and finished goods. Follow FIFO/FEFO and coordinate with production and QA for timely movement. Loading & Unloading Supervise loading/unloading operations in coordination with transport and handling teams. Minimize material damage and ensure adherence to safety practices. Dispatch Coordination Ensure timely and accurate dispatches per sales/delivery plan. Monitor preparation of related documentation invoices, e-way bills, gate passes. Quality Control & Compliance Coordinate with QA/QC for material clearance before storage or dispatch. Ensure compliance with FCO, MSDS, PCB, internal safety protocols, etc. Maintain cleanliness, pest control, and segregation practices in storage areas. Documentation & Reporting Maintain records in ERP or manual systems for inventory, movement, and dispatch. Support internal/external audits and ensure traceability of goods. Team Supervision Allocate work to warehouse assistants and contract labor. Ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to SOPs and safety measures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in managing warehouse, dispatch, transport, logistics, tax and commercial operations, import/export, port operations, and compliance with FCO regulations with multiple SKUs. Key Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in warehouse and logistics software. Experience with MIS reporting and data analytics. Knowledge of fertilizer handling protocols and safety regulations Awareness of compliance norms (FCO, pollution control, MSDS) Proficiency in warehouse documentation Strong coordination and communication skills

Experienced Required- 8-12 Years Role Description: In this role, the candidate shall support global supply chain business team n various areas such as Supply Chain Logistics, Shipping, Inventory Management, Production Supply, and related processes. The applicant should also have broad knowledge of SAP Th applicant should have the ability to support advanced business functions, translate complex business requirements into solution designs, and build and implement systems and technical solutions for operations. Job Requirements: Around 8-12 years of total experience in the SAP supply chain focused on SAP ERP design, implementation, and support 8 years of experience in SAP Materials Management and Logistics Execution modules with secondary expertise n SD, WM Deep understanding of the integration with S/4 HANA Cloud MM and other SAP modules such as SD, WM, FCO etc Strong knowledge of MM and should have experience in at least 4-5 end-to-end S/4 Hana implementation/migration project. Must be familiar with implementing Global Template Materials Management Extensive experience understanding and translating business requirements into Functional specifications suggesting process improvement techniques, and delivering the functionality, design, and implementation as per the Business Requirement Should have worked on a business partner approach with multiple address-handling Good understanding of integration aspects with MM-SD-FI/CO modules. Experience in working with business process/activity owners in understanding business requirement and solution design. Strong relationship building skills Job Responsibilities : Establish relationships with Supply Chain (primarily Logistics, Warehouse, Shipping but also other Operations functions and Quality) and super users globally. Collaborate with business users in Supply Chain Dept. and other departments when needed, to gain a deep understanding of their business processes and requirements. Design, develop and test system solutions to address business requirements, in alignment with the global solution template. Collaborate with other functions and teams to ensure solution designs are well integrated and aligned to the overall enterprise architecture Collaborate with business teams globally to gain a deep understanding of business processes, requirements and develop test the processes to address business requirements Develop functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with the development team to get those built and tested.
