In this role at Uplers, you will be leading the 360-degree recruitment for Product Companies. As a Senior Talent Advisor in the Engineering Recruitment team, you will independently run a business unit and partner closely with Executives to drive strategic hiring initiatives. Your responsibilities will include acting as a Trusted Advisor to senior hiring leaders, leading complex projects, understanding business goals, and uplifting team performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead comprehensive hiring strategies aligned with strategic objectives - Independently handle an Engineering business unit as the primary POC - Lead and handle complex recruiting projects, demonstrating strong project management skills - Develop a deep understanding of products, engineering landscape, and business priorities - Apply structured and critical thinking to solve complex organizational challenges - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and talent - Proactively source and engage with passive candidates - Continuously find opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience as a Senior/Lead Recruiter with a focus on Technical/Engineering hiring - Demonstrated experience in project management and leading multiple projects independently - Solid understanding of engineering principles and technologies - Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and influencing skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team At Uplers, you will be part of the Engineering Hiring team and collaborate with key leaders to identify future hiring needs.
