Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the product strategy in alignment with company goals and market trends. - Deliver detailed requirements for new and existing end-to-end solution use cases based on subject matter expertise and understanding of end-user personas. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product design and drive improvements. - Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and trends. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions for product success. - Identify new product opportunities, emerging technologies, and disruptive trends to drive innovation. - Support the sales organization in strategic opportunities and participate in industry forums to promote solutions visibility. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of product management experience with a successful track record in Enterprise SaaS solutions. - Extensive experience in managing Enterprise SaaS products, particularly within IT Service and/or Operations Management markets. - Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytics-focused role with expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) products. - Strong understanding of agile development and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. - Analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, while an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
