Principal Officer

Role Overview: As a pivotal member of the investment management team, your role will involve driving the overall activities of the fund. You are expected to have a deep understanding of fund management, compliance, risk management, and governance, in addition to managing investor relations. Your approach should be proactive and systematic to implement best practices effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Investor relations: - Onboarding new investors - Conducting KYC and PMLA verifications - Handling investor communication, grievance redressal, and providing relevant support - Fund Management: - Issuing drawdowns and following up - Managing banking transactions - Coordinating with the Master fund for necessary support - Distributing periodic income - Collaborating with the investment team to assess strategic fit, risks, structure credit transactions, and negotiate terms - Risk Management/Compliance: - Coordinating with the Compliance Officer for submitting returns and reports to Trustees and Regulators - Identifying risks related to credit investments and suggesting risk mitigation strategies - Networking and Brand Outreach: - Staying updated on market trends and opportunities to expand the fund's reach - Building a strong network to support the Anicuts strategy Qualifications Required: - Master's degree or 1-year post-graduate diploma in finance, law, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital markets, banking, insurance, or actuarial science - Minimum of 5 years" experience in capital markets, research, or fund management - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships with external stakeholders - Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements,
