Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal at Majlis English Medium School, located in Kasaragod. The Principal will oversee the academic and administrative operations of the school, provide leadership to the teaching staff, and ensure a high-quality educational experience for all students. Responsibilities include curriculum planning, staff management and development, fostering a positive school culture, ensuring compliance with CBSE and NCERT standards, and liaising with stakeholders such as parents and community members. Additional duties involve driving the institution's vision and mission, evaluating school performance, ensuring adherence to institutional values, and implementing innovative educational strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience in school administration and team supervision
• Expertise in curriculum planning, academic management, and adherence to CBSE and NCERT guidelines
• Proficiency in communication, interpersonal relations, and collaboration with staff, students, and parents
• Commitment to fostering value-based education, behavioral development, and a culture of inclusion
• Experience in using technology for educational processes and management
• Proven ability to develop and implement innovative teaching and learning strategies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field, with prior experience as a Principal or senior academic administrator
• Fluency in English and familiarity with regional languages is preferred
