Job Description

As a part of the Technology Risk Office at Ameriprise India LLP, your role will involve supporting the Fed Remediation Program, Regulatory activities (audits, inquiries, reporting), Model Risk Support, Data Governance Support, Control testing program, ORM Governance, REVs: Risk of Change Unified Release, and RCSA Process Reviews. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive the Operational Risk Management (ORM) process for the technology organization. - Guide key contacts in Technology teams through completion of ORM deliverables, focusing on identifying key risks and controls in vital processes. - Provide technology operational risk subject matter expertise to engage Technology leaders and partners in risk, compliance, and audit functions. - Lead at least one direct report and provide guidance to less experienced team members. - Represent the Technology Risk Office in presentations and meetings in the absence of the Director. - Utilize the Technology Control Framework and risk catalog to support Technology performance and stakeholder needs. - Implement and support functions of the Technology Risk Office, including documenting processes, risks, controls, and providing status reports. - Facilitate deployment and maintenance of Technology risk and controls model with assigned Technology teams. - Work with audit and compliance functions to align deliverables with the Technology Risk Office operating model. - Design and conduct Technology Risk-related training and integrate principles into awareness programs. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. - Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, including supervision of risk management professionals. - Experience in identifying and implementing improvements to procedures, processes, and technology. - Background in financial services industry or similar regulated environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. - Business acumen with participation in financial planning processes and leveraging technology for business support. **Preferred Qualifications:** - CISA, CGEIT, CRISC certifications. **About Our Company:** Ameriprise India LLP has been providing client-based financial solutions for 125 years, focusing on Asset Management, Retirement Planning, and Insurance Protection.
