Principal

We are seeking a dedicated principal to become a valuable member of our team and cultivate a positive and supportive learning environment for our students. As the principal, you will be responsible for overseeing our education staff and managing the day-to-day operations of the school. Your key responsibilities will include supervising school operations, handling logistics and budgets, establishing educational objectives for students and educators in alignment with national curricula, evaluating and reporting on teacher performance, delivering presentations on school performance to the board, researching innovative teaching resources and methods, implementing school policies, and offering guidance and support to teachers. This position is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the morning shift. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Pune, Maharashtra, before commencing work. Ideal candidates will have at least 9 years of total work experience.
