Job Description

Role Overview: As a Principal Industry Marketing Specialist at Diebold Nixdorf in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (APMEA) region, your role will involve leading the development and implementation of banking industry marketing strategies, as well as executing the marketing plan. You will collaborate with relevant business leadership to ensure that marketing activities align with sales and growth strategies in line with Diebold Nixdorf's overall marketing strategy. This role offers a diverse range of projects and the opportunity to work across multiple countries, focusing on lead generation, campaign management, database management, sales enablement activities, content creation, and communications within the banking segment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the banking industry marketing plan to support frontline sales and drive brand awareness and engagement in alignment with the overall marketing strategy. - Work closely with regional senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and business partners to ensure marketing strategies align with broader business and sales goals. - Utilize market/industry knowledge and research to develop and implement industry marketing solutions for the assigned geography, anticipating challenges and opportunities. - Support marketing and sales activities, including globally and locally initiated campaigns, creating local marketing collateral and content as needed. - Write copy, develop content, and proofread marketing materials such as press releases, white papers, webinar presentations, and sales materials. - Manage PR activities specific to the assigned geography, ensuring consistent messaging on behalf of Diebold Nixdorf. - Create customer communications, manage databases, and distribute content through a centralized communications platform. - Monitor the impact of marketing activities, report on progress against KPIs, and provide market-specific analysis to support business planning and budgeting. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing Communication, Business Administration, or related field. - Excellent English communication skills in writing and speaking. - Good communication skills in French are desirable. - Experience in a fast-paced role with the ability to prioritize workloads. - Previous experience in multi-channel campaign management, utilizing marketing automation tools, digital tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce). - Strong written communication and planning skills. - Ability to apply creativity and innovative communication techniques for different audiences, including social media tactics. - Willingness and ability to travel as needed.,
