Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate degree with B.Ed / M.Ed
• 10 to 15 years of teaching experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role (preferably ICSE/ISC). Candidates with at least 2 years of experience as a Principal in an ICSE school will be given preference.
• Strong understanding of the ICSE curriculum, compliance, and modern pedagogy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making and team-building skills.
