We are seeking a Director of School Administration to oversee campus operations, support faculty and staff, and ensure our school runs efficiently and effectively every day.

The Director of School Administration will play a key leadership role in managing daily operations, implementing policies, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for students and staff. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, clear communication, and the ability to lead with both professionalism and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day school operations and administrative functions.
• Manage budgets, procurement, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
• Support faculty and staff with scheduling, communication, and operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, accreditation standards, and legal requirements.
• Lead campus safety, facilities management, and emergency preparedness.
• Collaborate with school leadership on strategic planning and process improvements.
• Foster a positive, inclusive campus culture for students, staff, and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Education or Administration a plus
• 5+ years of leadership experience in school administration or education management
