• Strong leadership abilities, team management skills, and experience working with diverse teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of the International Baccalaureate curriculum and its implementation.
• Expertise in curriculum planning, academic strategy development, and student progress assessment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Postgraduate or doctoral degree in Education or a related field; certification in IB programs or curriculum is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience as a Principal, academic administrator, or equivalent leadership position in a reputed international school or educational institution.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and innovative learning culture.

15–20 years of progressive experience in education, with significant leadership experience.

• Experience in IB and IGCSE curriculum is mandatory; candidates with IB-only experience strongly preferred.
