Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for both academic and administrative functions of the campus, with a strong emphasis on discipline, student engagement, and continuous innovation.
• Ensure consistent adherence to student attendance policies and uphold high standards of discipline across the campus.
• Oversee effective campus operations, including student grievance redressal, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and student-centric environment.
• Promote faculty development and satisfaction by supporting professional growth, monitoring faculty attendance, and ensuring academic excellence.
• Plan and execute a diverse range of academic, cultural, and industry-related events to enhance student learning and campus life.
• Champion student and staff well-being by cultivating a safe, supportive, and motivating campus atmosphere.
• Strengthen industry partnerships to align curriculum with market needs and improve student placement outcomes.
• Ensure full compliance with academic guidelines and regulatory standards set by governing bodies.
