Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal at The Gramodaya School, located in Jodhpur. The Principal will oversee the academic and administrative operations of the school, ensuring high-quality education and adherence to CBSE guidelines. Responsibilities include shaping and implementing academic policies, mentoring faculty and staff, fostering a positive learning environment, overseeing extracurricular and sports programs, and ensuring the holistic development of students. The Principal will also engage with parents and the community to promote the school's mission and vision.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of CBSE curriculum and academic operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with faculty, students, and parents
• Experience in integrating digital learning tools with traditional teaching methods
• Background in extracurricular and co-curricular program coordination
• Ability to foster innovation and critical thinking among students and staff
• Postgraduate degree in Education, Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in school administration (Principal or Vice-Principal role preferred)
