Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Jodhpur for PGT and TGT staff. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, preparing teaching materials, evaluating student progress, and fostering an innovative and supportive learning environment. Teachers will work collaboratively with peers, encourage extracurricular participation, and ensure academic and personal growth for the students.

Qualifications

• Subject knowledge and expertise in specific domains relevant to PGT and TGT roles with a deep understanding of the CBSE curriculum.
• Skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and creative teaching strategies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with students, parents, and peers.
• Technical proficiency to integrate digital learning tools and technology into teaching practices.
• Commitment to student development, nurturing curiosity, and holistic growth through co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject, along with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualifications.
• Past experience in CBSE-affiliated schools is an added advantage.
