Job Description We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in a technical lead role. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth integration and deployment of software applications. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will gather requirements, design and implement solutions, optimize system performance, and establish security best practices. Additionally, you will mentor and guide the team technically, with a strong focus on enhancing quality and driving optimizations. Key Responsibilities: CI/CD Pipeline Development : Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate code testing, integration, and deployment processes. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Develop and manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible to ensure consistent and reproducible environments. Cloud Management : Deploy, manage, and monitor applications in cloud environments such as AWS, optimizing for cost, performance, and security. Automation and Scripting : Automate routine and repetitive tasks and processes using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. Monitoring and Logging : Implement and manage monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ) to ensure system health and quickly identify and resolve issues. Collaboration and Support : Work closely with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and support release management. Security Compliance : Implement security best practices in the DevOps process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Containerization and Orchestration : Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and reliability in production environments. Mentoring : Mentor a team of DevOps professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our DevOps practices. Qualifications Qualifications and Skills Experience : Bachelor s or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
