Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with a professional engineering license
Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably within the energy or infrastructure sectors
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale engineering projects from concept to completion
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in engineering design, construction methods, and industry regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges and issues
Proficient in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD
Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and sustainability in all project activities

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage all engineering activities within the project, including planning, design, and construction phases
Coordinate with various internal teams, external contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project requirements and deadlines
Provide technical expertise and support to the project team, including reviewing and approving engineering designs and specifications
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and other project updates to stakeholders and senior management
Mentor and support junior engineers, providing guidance and knowledge sharing to help them develop their skills and capabilities
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency
