Roles and ResponsibilitiesAbout the Role:
In the role of Principal Engineer - Process at Tecnimont, you will lead and guide process engineering efforts for various projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing process designs, optimizing existing systems, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. The position requires strategic thinking and the ability to mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams. To succeed in this role – you should have the following: - A degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, with relevant experience in process engineering. - Strong knowledge of process design software and simulation tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful project management. - Effective communication skills, enabling you to interact with stakeholders at all levels. - A proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
