Requirements:An experienced and highly skilled Principal Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable web applications. You will be responsible for driving architectural decisions, mentoring teams, and ensuring best practices across the full development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise across ReactJS, Next.js, Node.js, AWS, GraphQL, Jest, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance applications.
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to design system solutions.
Development & Technical Leadership
Build end-to-end features using ReactJS/Next.js (frontend) and Node.js/AWS Lambdas (backend).
Design and implement APIs using GraphQL and REST where appropriate.
Ensure test coverage and reliability through unit/integration testing with Jest.
Drive CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and automation for efficiency and reliability.
Mentorship & Team Collaboration
Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring continuous technical growth within the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, QA, and DevOps.
Lead technical discussions, proof of concepts, and design reviews.
Scalability & Performance
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness on AWS Cloud.
Implement observability, monitoring, and alerting to maintain system reliability.
Job Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 10+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
Technical Expertise
Frontend: ReactJS, Next.js, modern UI design principles.
Backend: Node.js, AWS Lambdas, microservices architecture.
Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+).
APIs: GraphQL, RESTful APIs.
Testing: Jest, unit and integration testing frameworks.
Cloud: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, etc.).
CI/CD & Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
Preferred Skills
Experience with serverless architecture and event-driven systems.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.
Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
