Principal Design Engineer – HVAC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the

    HVAC design

    for large-scale and complex projects ensuring technical excellence and compliance with international standards.
  • Prepare and review system designs, load calculations, equipment selection, and detailed design documentation.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams for seamless integration of HVAC systems.
  • Conduct design reviews, quality checks, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Ensure all HVAC designs align with project specifications, sustainability goals, and client expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and energy-efficient design strategies.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

    • 8+ years of experience

      in HVAC system design, preferably in building services and large-scale projects.
    • Proficiency in

      Revit, AutoCAD, and HAP or similar HVAC design tools.

    • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
