Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal/Counselor based in Bihar, India. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day school operations, providing effective leadership to staff and students, implementing the educational vision of the organization, overseeing curriculum execution, and ensuring adherence to high-quality education standards. The candidate will also engage with parents, foster a conducive learning environment, and ensure the holistic development of the students by implementing innovative pedagogical methods.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and administrative skills to effectively manage school operations and staff.
• Proficiency in educational planning, curriculum development, and implementing instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for fostering relationships with students, parents, and the community.
• Knowledge of innovative teaching methodologies, student counseling, and child development.
• Ability to build and maintain a positive and collaborative school culture centered on learning and development.
• A Master's degree in Education, Management, or a related field; professional certifications in education administration are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a leadership role in a K-12 or pre-school educational setting preferred.
