Key Responsibilities:

Support franchisees with business strategy, marketing, and sales training
Manage and grow preschool franchise network in the assigned territory
Drive revenue through enrolment growth and cross-selling
Build strong, long-term franchisee relationships
Understand and address franchisee needs with tailored solutions
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all shared information.

Requirement

Strong communication skills and Excel proficiency
Experience in franchisee management or key account handling
Goal-driven with a growth mindset and high ownership
Market-savvy with an analytical, organized approach
PG in Management or Graduate with 2–4 yrs relevant experience
Open to extensive travel across regions.
