Job Description

As a Principal Consultant Solutions Architect at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in understanding clients" business processes and translating their requirements into functional requirements and use cases. Your responsibilities will include designing and building Anaplan application models to support business processes in alignment with the overall design provided by the Solution Architect. You will also be responsible for implementing high-quality code using best practices, monitoring data flows to and from clients" systems, providing hands-on training to end users on Anaplan models and processes, defining and administering user roles and permissions in Anaplan, and effectively communicating with global customers and internal teams. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on sales pursuits, assist in building proof-of-concept models, and collaborate within a team environment to drive results. Your role may require you to work individually or lead a small group, manage time effectively to meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills. Qualifications we seek in you include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics, along with relevant experience and hands-on experience with Anaplan, including model building and architecture. An Anaplan Certified Solution Architect certification is preferred. Prior implementation and consulting experience with global customers, strong communication skills, and the ability to work within an Agile delivery operating model are also desirable. Knowledge of Waterfall and hybrid implementation methodologies is a plus. Preferred skills for this role include experience with other EPM tools like Oracle ePBCS, Hyperion, or OneStream, an understanding of finance, supply chain, or workforce planning processes, strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
