Principal Consultant-Investor Transformation

Role Overview: As a member of the Investor Transformation team at Frost & Sullivan, you will play a crucial role in driving and managing relationships with the financial services community. Your primary responsibility will be to provide advisory and consulting engagements to a diverse range of clients, including investment banks, commercial banks, insurance companies, and more. You will empower forward-thinking investors and corporates to navigate capital markets activities, strategize acquisition strategies, conduct due diligence, and execute investment strategies with confidence throughout the investment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Provide pre-sales and business development support by engaging with clients, preparing proposals, and leading pitches. - Develop, structure, and present proposals and concept notes based on client needs. - Contribute to the development of thought leadership articles, webinars, and events to enhance brand visibility and support business growth. - Lead project fulfillment, manage projects, and ensure client expectations are met within stipulated timelines. - Guide project team members, contribute to the development of analytical frameworks and financial models, and ensure high-quality project deliverables. - Conduct quality control and reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of data, analysis, and models. - Coach, mentor, and drive team development and skills enhancement. Qualifications Required: - Masters/Bachelors Degree in Finance, preferably with an MBA in Finance. A Level 3 CFA certification or equivalent is advantageous. - Minimum of 10+ years of experience for Associate Director and 7-8 years for Principal Consultant in financial/business modeling activities in a research/consulting/advisory environment. - Strong proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment. - Excellent Excel skills with expertise in creating financial and investment models. - Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and ideally PowerBI. - Strong problem-solving abilities, time management skills, and ability to work under pressure. - Effective communication and presentation skills in English. - Experience in guiding and leading remote teams with diverse backgrounds. - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
