Job Description

As a Principal Consultant-Business Analyst in the F&A domain at Genpact, your role involves simplifying complex IT systems solutions for customers in various industries. You will be responsible for structuring F&A processes, capturing and initiating process improvement initiatives, and guiding clients through decision-making processes. Additionally, you may lead the deployment of technical solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Running requirements gathering workshops, analyzing and documenting requirements, and communicating them to the Technology team - Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process enhancements - Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts - Writing concept, functional design, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process design documents - Participating in implementation, training, and testing of solutions - Supporting business transition and facilitating change management - Developing relationships with customers at operational and mid-management levels to manage and grow accounts Qualifications: - Minimum qualifications required include a B.com degree - Experience in F&A, Supply chain, Retail, etc., with a functional depth in P2P, R2R, and O2C processes within the F&A domain - Digital expertise with experience in implementing digital solutions in the specified F&A towers - Proficiency in writing functional design documents, user stories for agile development, and leading requirements gathering workshops - Experience in operational excellence projects and driving transformation initiatives in the F&A domain Join Genpact in Noida, India, as a dedicated Principal Consultant committed to delivering value and driving positive change.,
