Job Description

As a Principal Consultant, BA Risk & Compliance at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in driving and executing Risk and Compliance change initiatives under Change Delivery COE. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering the vision, product backlog management, overseeing development stages, and acting as the primary liaison between product managers and technology - Evaluating product progress at each iteration, managing risk and conflicts, stakeholder management, budgeting, running Governance forums, and ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of the project - Conducting requirements gathering, liaising with stakeholders, engaging with product leads on prioritization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, T&O, and vendor teams - Planning releases, managing go-live coordination, facilitating UVT, and effectively managing potential risks and issues along with mitigation/resolution plans Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Extensive background in Business Analysis with keen attention to detail - Experience in collaborating across businesses/functions and project teams - Proficiency in MS Excel for structuring and tracking data in spreadsheets - Proficiency in using MS PowerPoint with strong communication and presentation skills - Curiosity and willingness to ask questions - Exposure to GenAI tools is a plus (nice-to-have, not mandatory) Preferred Qualifications / Skills: - Graduation from a reputed university Join Genpact and be part of a global professional services and solutions firm that aims to shape the future by delivering outcomes that create lasting value for clients.
