We are currently seeking applications for the role of Principal Consultant, BA - Risk & Compliance within the Change Delivery COE team. As a Principal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving and executing Risk and Compliance change initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing product development stages, managing stakeholder relationships, evaluating product progress, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and manage release planning and coordination. We are looking for candidates with extensive Business Analysis experience, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. A curious mindset, willingness to ask questions, and exposure to GenAI tools are considered advantageous.
