As the Principal of the College of Nursing Sciences at Dayananda Sagar University (DSU), you will play a crucial role in steering the academic, administrative, and research endeavors of the college. Your responsibilities will encompass leading the college towards academic excellence, overseeing curriculum development to meet national standards, and nurturing relationships with external stakeholders such as healthcare institutions and regulatory bodies. Additionally, you will be tasked with faculty recruitment, development, and ensuring student success through effective guidance and counseling. To excel in this role, you should possess a B.Sc, M.Sc & Ph.D. from Tier-1 or Tier-2 Educational Institution along with at least 15 years of teaching experience in nursing education, including 3 to 5 years in an academic leadership role. A strong track record in academic administration, research, and student-centered initiatives is essential, along with a deep understanding of national and international nursing standards.
