Capital One is looking for a Principal Associate to join our Recruiting Team. This is an exciting opportunity to infuse the organization with talent brokers for Capital One. In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience. You will be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best- in- class recruitment shop.
General Responsibilities:
  • Execute on recruiting activities for a distinct line of business and location.
  • Work with hiring managers as a staffing consultant to identify resource needs, create job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Develop internal and external recruiting strategies.
  • Execute strategies and meet demand by working with other recruiters and recruiting coordinators.
  • Accountable for overall recruiting and on- boarding process integrity, quality and budget maintenance.
  • Candidate management - developing and executing sourcing plans to identify and recruit people with skills matching the hiring needs, creating relationships with candidates to facilitate process and offer accept
  • Client management - working with hiring managers, group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand recruiting needs and developing strategy to meet hiring goals
  • Ad hoc Project work - lead miscellaneous department projects
  • Administrative tasks - Workday, and other recruiting technologies necessary to fulfill on the role
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s Degree with atleast 10 years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master s Degree or MBA with 8+ years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter
  • 3+ years of experience as a sourcing specialist
  • Proficiency in recruiting systems
