i. Worked independently at least 3 - 4 end to end implementation / Upgrades / Rollout
ii. Experience of at least 1 - 2 Managed Services / Enhancement & Support project as Sr. Consultant
iii. Work independently on Oracle SR and should be aware of Oracle SR Management Process.
Soft Skills:
i. Excellent in communication (verbal and written), ability to articulate and present
ii. Worked closely with customer and business users
iii. Worked with US / UK customers
iv. Coordination with cross teams within the project and with customer teams
v. Team player - able to work with team of 5 - 6 members (supporting / guiding other members),
vi. Consulting skills - business user issue handling, requirement gathering and its documentation.
