Job Responsibilities:

Design and deliver structured lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.

Create an engaging and interactive classroom environment.

Should have innovative teaching techniques

Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity among students.

Integrate Jain philosophy and ethics into the learning experience.

Monitor and assess student progress to ensure effective learning.

Work collaboratively with parents and fellow educators to support student development.

Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Should be well – versed with NEP 2020

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed)/ M.Ed / C.TET / or equivalent degree

Certifications if any would be a plus

Experience in teaching primary-grade students.
