We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic freshers who are fluent in English and love working with children. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in guiding children through their early learning journey. Key Responsibilities: Engage with children aged 2.5 to 6 years in a nurturing and respectful manner Facilitate Montessori-inspired activities in line with the curriculum Support children’s emotional, social, and academic development Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff Requirements: Fresh graduates are welcome (B.Ed/Montessori training is a plus, but not mandatory) Fluency in English is essential Passion for early childhood education Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Willingness to learn and grow in a Montessori environment
