Primary Hindi Teacher

Primary Hindi Teacher (Grades 1–5)

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the curriculum for Grades 1–5.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Hindi using age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and language confidence.
• Use a variety of instructional methods, including storytelling, songs, activities, and visual aids, to enhance learning outcomes.
• Assess student progress through classwork, assignments, and formative assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and prepare progress reports as required.
• Collaborate with grade-level teachers, coordinators, and school leadership to support interdisciplinary learning.

Skills required

• Strong command of the Hindi language (reading, writing, speaking, and grammar).
• Effective classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to teach foundational language skills using age-appropriate methods.
• Creative lesson planning and use of interactive teaching strategies (stories, songs, activities).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Basic ICT skills for using digital tools and teaching aids.
• Collaboration and teamwork with grade-level and subject teachers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hindi / Education / Arts or a related field.
• B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory for CBSE schools).
• Minimum [X] years of teaching experience at the primary level (Grades 1–5 preferred).
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and primary teaching methodologies.
• Proficiency in Hindi grammar, literature, and language pedagogy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
