Job Description

Role purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise Pricing Analysts to create a high performance team
Enhance processes to improve efficiency with a focus on defining SOPs and documentation
Identify areas of improvement through system interventions and automation
Identify and champion the selection of efficiency improvement activities across cross functional teams
Set up framework & processes to track teams performance
Streamline training and development by creating quality training collateral
Continuously asses teams throughput and proactively highlight any resourcing requirements
Partner with cross functional teams to align with Business objectives and Product roadmap
Monitor & adjust prices generated from automated Dynamic Pricing Engine to optimize revenue for Bus
Manage Bus Operator & Bus Service life cycle on Dynamic Pricing. Flexible to work at different timings and days.

Preferred Experience (Minimum & Maximum):
