Job Description

Role & responsibilities

As a member of the Pricing team, you will play a key role in driving competitive and profitable pricing strategies for our transportation services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Market & Trend Analysis:
Study market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitor pricing to identify opportunities and challenges.
Pricing Strategy Development:
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to design pricing models that balance competitiveness and profitability.
Profitability Evaluation:
Assess the financial impact of pricing decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Benchmarking & Monitoring:
Track industry benchmarks and conduct regular pricing reviews to keep our pricing structure relevant and competitive.
Revenue Optimization:
Identify ways to maximize revenue streams through effective pricing adjustments.
Communication & Reporting:
Present pricing strategies, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
Good communication and presentation skills
Prior experience in logistics/transportation pricing (preferred)
